Equipment features EP laser marker adopts Germany laser part, which is composed of pump and resonator. Diode-pumped light is integrated by using micro-optic patent, and then is coupled to one hi-power light. After that, light is
radiated to resonator by driving pump. Laser diode pump is compacted in one small box, including fiber coupling laser diode, cooling system and control device.
One heat-exchanger is installed in the box to cool laser part and current driver. In order to reduce environmental influence
to resonator, onesmart heat-exchanger is sealed in laser head. Any maintenance is unnecessary to laser
part.Heatgeneratedbypowersystemand pumping diode is far bigger than resonator. Therefore, diode laser unit and resonator are
installed individually. Pumping fiber can be dismantled by using SMA connectors on both ends. Thus, it is easy to replace old laser diode without touching resonator. Advantages Good optical model, precise marking;Low power, appropriate to non-metal and some metal, especially high-accuracy marking.
