Principle of Operation
The CO2 gas laser generates mid-infrared light at 10.64um. This laser efficiently converts electrical energy to optical energy and thereby produces a high laser power. The CO2 laser is created by sending a high voltage through a discharged tube containing mostly CO2 with a few other gases. The relaxation of the gas atoms results in the laser output .After amplifying the laser pulses ,the laser is then ready to use.
Equipment features CO2 laser marker uses Carbon dioxide RF laser and very high speed scan system which is imported from America. The controlling software is in house development by the R&D department. The machine works relatively at higher speed for high volume output and also works continuously for 24 hours.
Applications The CO2 Laser marker is used for marking on non metal and soft objects. Few examples are leather, cloth, wood, plastic, acrylic,crafts, maneplates, electronic parts,food and drink packaging, construction ceramic, pharmaceutical packaging, etc..
